Susu is becoming more girly by the day. To my dismay, she is always asking to put on makeup, especially when we walk past the cosmetic counters at the store. The other day we went to TJ Maxx where she promptly announced that she couldn't wait to be a big girl so that she could wear a size 7 shoe. The size seven shoe that caught her fancy was a gaudy high heel bedecked with ornate and funky jewels! Anyway, I do comply to her more benign requests which these days involve straightening her hair! I think I've used this iron more to straighten her hair than my own.
